Learning! Dance every day to be happier, healthier, and sexier

Dancing leads to increased health, happiness, and sex appeal

Dancing is, I think, one of the best things a person can ever do with their time. I've never been able to explain what it is about dancing that feels so good, but, dang it, it just does.

There is a host of research out there on the benefits of dancing - and I just dug up yet another article outlining the benefits of cutting a rug.

First, there are the slightly-intangible emotional and mental effects like increased satisfaction, creativity, and energy, as well as reduced depression and anxiety.

Then there's the fact that women are more attracted to men who take risks on the dance floor.

Then there is the fact that senior citizens who dance have improved cognitive performance over non-dancers, including reduced signs of dementia.

The beauty of this is that dancing requires nothing more than music - in your ears or in your heart! Just turn on some music and move around. No equipment or lessons needed (remember, the ladies weren't most attracted to the men who were the most skilled dancers, but the ones who took risks! Just do your thing.)
