Inspiration! Roundup: Freedom Riders, the Wrong Story, Best Decisions,

A roundup of inspirational things, including portraits of the Freedom Riders, leaving the wrong story, best decisions, and women in India forming a wall to fight for their rights.
This Week's "I want to go to there": Doesn't this just look like a weird and fun time?

Freedom Riders: Then and Now

Over 50 years later, photographer Eric Etheridge has partnered the original mug shots for the arrested Freedom Riders with current portraits and their oral histories in an incredibly moving art book Breach of the Peace.

Wrong Story

“If you ever find yourself in the wrong story, leave.”

Best Decisions

I LOVE this question, asked on Twitter by Jocelyn K. Glei: what is the best decision you made in 2018?

Two answers I loved:

"Committing to live my life with an open heart."
"Turning off my phone notifications and being kinder to myself. It's a tie."

Women Resisting

This image really moved me: 5 million women in India, standing up for their rights. They formed a 620km line to demand gender equality. Just the logistics of the whole thing blow my mind and blow my heart wide open.

Our Ways

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”
— Nietzsche
